- Entry is open to anyone except employees (and their immediate families) of RamsayMedia (Pty) Ltd, the sponsoring company/companies and/or agents involved in the competition.
- Competitions run until the end date stipulated on the promotional material. Late entries may be included at the discretion of the judges.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Regrettably, only South African residents are eligible for prizes, and delivery of gifts or prizes will only be within South Africa.
- Prizes not claimed within 3 months will be forfeited.
- New and existing subscribers may enter into any subscriber competitions.
- If you take out a gift subscription, please note that the donor of the subscription will be eligible for the prize.
- By entering into a competition, you agree to receive future correspondence from RamsayMedia (Pty) Ltd and, in some cases, the company sponsoring the prize. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for further details.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
- Entries made via SMS attract a charge - please refer to the promotional material for actual cost per SMS.
- For future unforeseen circumstances RamsayMedia (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend competition rules at anytime.
- By entering into a competition it is deemed that you have read and understood these rules.
- In the case of a competition by means of a draw, the draw will take place within 3 weeks of the closing date of the competition, unless otherwise stipulated.
