RamsayMedia (Pty) Ltd have acquired the services of Press Support (Pty) Ltd who assist the media industry in the transportation, distribution and efficient hand delivery of their products. This provides our customers with an option to choose which type of delivery they would prefer, SA Post Office or Hand Delivery (if available in your area). Please note that this is for South African delivery only, and that you may change your selection at any point during your subscription period.

Process:

To check or change the hand delivery option you can contact us directly via the following methods (with your subscriber code) and we will gladly assist you:

Alternatively, you may carry out the check and make the change yourself online on www.magsathome.co.za:

• Log onto our website www.magsathome.co.za using your subscriber code and surname and click on "My Subscription" (top right of page)
• Then click on button
• Proceed to point number 3 where your delivery address is entered. Click on "Check Area" [Hand deliver if my area supported Check Area] to find out if hand delivery is supported in your area for your publication.
• if your area is supported and you wish to receive your magazines via the hand delivery service, please tick the check box and Click button

Please be advised that if the check box is ticked, but hand delivery is not supported in your area or for your publication, you will continue to receive your magazine via the South African Post Office service. We will retain on record that you selected this option and if we extend the hand delivery service to your area and publication, we will automatically introduce this delivery choice.
